We provide free shipping on all orders in India above ₹750/- and free shipping on all orders globally above ₹15,000/-.

International Shipping

We ship to all international destinations for free for orders above ₹15,000/-. For orders below ₹15,000/- the shipping charges are ₹2,000/- for wallets and ₹3,500/- for bags.  Delivery times vary based on location, but most are delivered between 10-15 days of the order being confirmed. Our logistic partner's are DHL, FEDEX, TNT and UPS. The Delivery times might get impacted due to Covid-19 Restrictions depending upon the customer's country guidelines.

Unable to Deliver

If you are not available to take delivery when our courier partner attempts to deliver your order, the courier service will notify you. Thereafter, an additional attempt will be made to deliver your order, after which your package will be returned to our fulfillment center. In case of a prepaid order, a refund is issued to the original payment method.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to process an exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will ship the new product in the same day of the receipt. If you opt to exchange the current product with a different product, you will have to pay differential amount if any. Likewise, if the differential amount is less, we will refund you this amount on the day we receive the goods from you for exchanging.
